Every time we think Santos is ready to go, his skin issues come back. Santos has had multiple visits to our dermatologist but his skin issues keep returning. It is possible that Santos may have allergies in addition to the reoccurring yeast and bacteria ear infections he gets. Santos needs to return to the dermatologist to get some allergy testing done. Anyone who has been to an animal dermatologist knows how expensive it is just to walk through the door let alone the costs for any tests done. His vet expenses could run another $500 easy to finally get to the bottom of his issues. We are looking for financial help for his expenses. Any donation towards his care will be greatly appreciated. This is a great cat that deserves an itch free life and a home of his own

Santos is a beautiful cat with a thick cottony coat. He loves to be gently groomed and doesn't even mind a bath upon occasion. Rare occasion for the bath, as far as he's concerned, but he does tolerate it. Santos is a gentle boy who really deserves a home of his own.

He sat in a cage for several months while we tried to figure out what was going on with his skin and ears. Thankfully we found a great dermatologist who found it an easy diagnosis and a simple thing to fix. Then he sat patiently for another month while we treated him. Now he's hanging out with his foster family, watching TV and really hoping to get home soon. We think he likes the Sci Fi channel the best.

He doesn't seem super thrilled with other cats, although we think he would grow to tolerate them. He'd be thrilled if he could be an only cat. Santos is still unsure of the dogs, but is quickly getting used to their presence.
